Specialized Services
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): EMDR is a structured approach that helps reduce the emotional impact of difficult experiences. We use EMDR to support clients in reconnecting with a sense of safety, control, and clarity. Read more about EMDR here.

Eating Disorder Treatment: We offer therapy for those struggling in their relationship with food or body image. Our approach is trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and built around trust and autonomy. This work can include healing from patterns like restrictive eating or cycles of shame and control.

Support for First Responders & Veterans: First responders and military veterans face high-pressure situations, repeated exposure to crisis, and long-term stress. Many carry invisible burdens that can affect their mental health over time. Our therapists offer specialized trauma therapy and EMDR for first responders and veterans, in a setting that is steady, confidential, and built on respect.

Therapy for Students & Young Adults: From academic stress to identity exploration, Reframe offers therapy tailored to the unique challenges of emerging adulthood, in a space that respects your voice and pace.

NIHB-Covered Therapy for Indigenous Clients: We provide in-person and virtual therapy for First Nations and Inuit clients eligible under the NIHB program. Our clinicians are experienced in culturally responsive care and understand the deep importance of safety, identity, and intergenerational healing.

IVAC-Covered Therapy for Crime Victims: If you've experienced harm due to violence or abuse, you may be eligible for therapy through IVAC. We’re familiar with the process and can help you access support at your own pace, with a treatment plan shaped around what you need most.
