At Reframe, we offer evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy designed to support you wherever you are. Our team provides in-person therapy sessions in Westmount, Montreal and secure online therapy across Quebec, so care is always accessible.
We know how heavy it can feel to navigate painful experiences or emotions alone. That’s why we create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on in your life and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone. We’ll work with you to find the approach that fits your unique needs and supports the life you want to build.
