TALI BENAROCH
CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER | FOUNDER
Tali offers individual therapy to teens and adults aged 12 to 33. She is certified in EMDR, CBT, trauma counselling for mental health professionals, and the impact of childhood trauma and ADHD: similarities and differences. Tali specializes in anxiety and depression, eating disorder treatment, trauma, emotion regulation, and grief and loss. ​​Tali prioritizes creating a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and helps clients find a path forward through long-lasting change.

RALPH aka RALPHY
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT EMBASSADOR
Ralphy is a gentle, friendly presence in our clinic. He is most often found in therapy sessions with Tali, though he sometimes pops into others too. A true people’s dog, he adores everyone he meets and loves offering cuddles and quiet comfort. His calm, affectionate nature helps everyone feel more at ease. To know him is to love him.

SASHA BOYCE
CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER | CLINICAL COORDINATOR
Sasha offers therapy to teens, adults, and couples, with a specialization in anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. She is EMDR-certified and has completed advanced training in EMDR and complex trauma and dissociation, Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR, Improving First Responder Resiliency with EMDR, EMDR Intensives, and has training in DBT: Essentials, IFS, CBT, and more. Sasha helps individuals process painful experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies for navigating daily life.

ASHLEY JEDWAB
CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Ashley offers therapy to children and adults and has vast experience providing counselling to couples and families. She specializes in working with clients who are navigating chronic pain, stress, relational issues, parenting struggles, and more. Ashley is a certified Circle of Security (COS) provider, helping parents connect with their inner child to better show up for their children. Ashley uses a culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed approach, integrating practices from CBT, IFS, and DBT. When working with children, she utilizes play-based and expressive practices to support emotional regulation and connection.

LEONARD aka LENNY
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT EMBASSADOR
Lenny shows up to work most days with a clear agenda: find a blanket, get comfortable, and stay close. He attends Sasha's virtual therapy sessions with a big smile, and while he doesn't come to the Westmount office, his presence is certainly felt. He loves people, hugs, warm sun, and spending time with his best friend, Mathilda the cat.
